Terms of Use

These terms cover the mobile game Intercept Echo, published by Nelson Grey, LLC ("we," "our," "us"). By downloading or playing the game, you agree to them. They don't cover Nelson Grey's consulting services — see our general terms for that.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the game on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use, subject to Apple's standard end-user license terms and the App Store's Usage Rules.

2. Accounts

Sign-in, progress sync, and leaderboards run entirely through Apple Game Center. We have no account system of our own — your platform account is governed by Apple's own terms, not ours.

3. Purchases

The game offers one in-app purchase, "Remove Ads," a one-time, non-consumable unlock. It is processed by Apple and governed by the App Store's payment terms. Purchases are non-refundable except as required by law or Apple's own refund policies — refund requests go through Apple, not us.

4. Advertising

Unless you've purchased "Remove Ads," the game shows ads served by Google AdMob. Ads never appear during active gameplay, and never gate the start of a round.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the game except where applicable law expressly permits it; not to use any automation, macro, or exploit to gain scores or progress you couldn't reach through normal play; and not to use the game for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual property

The game's code, design, art, music, and writing are owned by Nelson Grey, LLC or used under license, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. This license doesn't transfer any ownership to you.

7. No warranty

The game is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee the game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or OS version.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nelson Grey, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the game.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the game if you violate these terms. You may stop using the game at any time by uninstalling it.

10. Changes

We may update these terms as the game changes. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do; continued use of the game after a change means you accept the update.
